If your not 100% pleased with your purchase,

we will glady accept it back for a refund or exchange.

We ask that returns be sent back within 30 days of the purchase date.

Please note that shipping charges are not refunded.

Gift returns:

If you're returning a gift, we can only issue credit to the original purchaser of the gift.

Exchanges can be made or you may request a Tadpoles gift certificate to use at a later date.
