St Michael’s Prep School in Otford raised over £ 800 for two charities with a double charity day.

Students and staff wore playful ears, spotted and gold clothing to school on Friday, November 19, raising £ 871.21 to support Children In Need and Josh’s Heart of Gold charities.

Josh’s Heart of Gold provides emotional, practical and financial support to bereaved parents and families by working in partnership with healthcare professionals to improve the care and support available when a child dies. Josh was killed by a hit and run driver in 2019.

Director Mr. Pears said: “Merté Two extremely important charities, this money will be used to help other children and raise awareness about road safety. Thank you to all our families for their kind contribution.

Josh’s Heart of Gold said: “Amazing. Thank you very much everyone.”
