MARKET x Powerpuff Girls launch clothing collaboration

Streetwear label and design think tank MARKET continues its Guns N’ Roses collection with a co-branded drop featuring feminist icons, The Powerpuff Girls.
The MARKET x Powerpuff Girls The collection includes long and short sleeve graphic print t-shirts featuring Bubbles, Buttercup and Blossom battling Mojo Jojo as well as a knit sweater featuring the girls nemesis, Him.
A work jacket co-branded with Buttercup is the star of the collection, with the character’s signature crossed arms pose covering the back of the coat.
MARKET Founder and Creative Director Mike Cherman spoke about the partnership in a press release, saying
As children, the Powerpuff Girls taught us the important lesson that as long as you worked as a team, you could overcome any obstacle, no matter where you were from or what you looked like. Sometimes we all need a little reminder of that, so we were thrilled to bring that ethos to life by fusing 90s nostalgia from the Powerpuff Girls with our signature playful aesthetic in this collection.
MARKET x The Powerpuff Girls is releasing exclusively through MARKET’s online store in sizes XS to XXL and priced from $45 to $200 USD.
