The entire week leading up to the Super Bowl is a spiritual week in Milford.

“We just decided each day to do something a little different to celebrate different players and add excitement here at school,” principal Kelly Ellison said.

It’s for a good cause. During the week, and in exchange for a Monday off after the big game, parents and students were asked to donate to Feed Our Flock, a local food pantry.

“We talk about being responsible and respectable here in school and in life, and that’s one of the ways we can do that,” Ellison said.
