Police are urging anyone who sees the child or suspect not to approach them and to call 911.
In a GoFundMe Campaign Posted four days ago, a woman who appears to be Chanthabouala but goes by the name “Wiloh A. Skyspeaks” alleges her son fell ill and was taken to Surrey Memorial Hospital after having a seizure, before being placed under what she described as compulsory observation and treatment for fear of possible mengitis.
