People of all skill levels take the stage at the HOPE Inc.
“It gives them a chance to shine.”
MOORHEAD, Minnesota (KVRR) – Hope Inc.’s 10th annual fashion show was packed with models of all ages, dressed to impress.
Models aged 3 to 65 showcased the latest fashion at the center of the Hope Inc. fashion show in Moorhead.
âOver 60 children and adults came to strut on stage and had the opportunity to shine,â said Bill Grommesh, CEO of Hope Incorporated.
Juanita Garcia has been with Hope Inc. for 15 years, participating in several activities, the fashion show being one of her favorites.
âWe buy clothes and show them off, it’s so much fun. I love that we connect with friends and get to know each other, âsays Juanita Garcia, longtime Hope Inc. participant.
“I love the fashion show because it’s so fun to see my friends and I love my outfit!”
Grommesh says his favorite part is seeing all the smiles on stage.
He adds, âI think it’s just great when the kids get up and they’re nervous, but we start talking about them and all of a sudden you see a smile on their face. ‘permeate it and say, “This is my moment, this is special and I am special”, and it is awesome.
Hope Incorporated offers a variety of programs for all skill levels.
âWe go there all year round and we try to find something for everyone. We try to reach people with reduced mobility and tell them to come and try, you will like it, âexplains Grommesh.
HOPE INC. offers several fun activities for children and adults with mobility issues.
