Lilibet Diana Windsor is officially one year old!
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex marked the milestone with an intimate picnic in the garden of Frogmore Cottage.
Close family friend and party guest Misan Harriman took the ‘spontaneous and candid photo which the Duke and Duchess are happy to share today,’ a spokesperson for the couple said. He came with his wife and children, and luckily for us, he talked about it too!

Meghan and Harry were “amazed to learn that people around the world have donated” over $100,000 to the World Central Kitchen (WCK) in her honor,” the spokesperson continued. , adding that the couple “expressed their gratitude to everyone who showed their support for the organization, which is particularly close to their hearts.”
WCK responds to humanitarian, climate and community crises. They provide meals following natural disasters. They recently responded to the crisis in Uvalde, Texas and Ukraine.
A special cake was baked by none other than Claire Ptak of East London’s Violet Bakery. She also created Meghan and Harry’s wedding cake in 2018.
The Sussexes traveled to England with their two children, Archie, 3, and Lilibet, who turned 1 on June 4. They attended the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations before returning home to California.
Archie was born in the UK on May 6, 2019, but it was Lili’s first trip to her father’s country. She met her grandmother, Queen Elizabeth – her namesake – for the first time.
The couple’s spokesperson said the Sussexes “remain incredibly touched by the countless birthday wishes for their daughter, Lilibet Diana Mountbatten-Windsor”.
